Prices,
payment and delivery
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. All of our prices are in Euros and British Pounds.
You will be billed in your chosen currency and be aware credit card charges may occur if your credit card uses a different currency.
Please see further down for information on delivery. We will always try our best to deliver the pieces within the times indicated. However, note some delivery details on this website are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond Buhita Jewellery.
Our complete satisfaction promise
Buhita first compromise is our customer satisfaction with our pieces.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on our pieces.
Should you find a defect on any of the goods, we will be happy to return or refund the item. Please see below for returning pieces.
Returning an item
Please ensure you enclose your name and address and whether you require a refund or an exchange. Pack the items and send it back to:

We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of Buhita will contact you.
Contract for sale
Prices and stock availability won't be confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of order' email despatched once credit card authorisation has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked.
We must receive the payment in full for your order before it can be accepted.
